Every single person in dance education has the ability to ensure dance is safe, equitable, and inclusive for all. In our work with individuals, we dig deep, in a group setting, to recognize biases and form practices to hold ourselves and our community accountable. Education threaded in compassion is at the epicenter of our work and we provide the support for individuals to grow in the application of establishing anti-racist, anti-othering, and anti-abusive dance communities. 

Individual BE COURAGEOUS Training is held periodically different times of they year. Training is broken into 5 hour sessions, to make it more accessible for individuals.
